ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to pass orders on the petitioner s representation, dated 16.06.2025 which is in response to the show cause notice dated 19.05.2025.

2. It is noticed that the petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.5 in the FIR registered in Crime No.54 of 2011 for offences under Sectyion 120b, 468, 471, 419, 420, 506 (i), 423, 341, 465 of the IPC.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the second respondent submits that the case has been transferred to District Crime Branch II, Nagercoil and that a charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.26 of 2024 before the Judicial Magistrate I, Nagercoil.

4. Considering the same, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid representation/reply of 2/4

the petitioner, dated 16.06.2025 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
