Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the 1/4

records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 80253/Poo.Tha1/Iru3-2021 dated 02.05.2022 and the consequential impugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.

10050671/Poo.Tha1/Iru3-2025 dated 04.04.2025 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the Respondents to reckon the 50 percent of the period between 06.06.1990 to 22.11.1994 served by the Petitioner as Seasonal Masdoor for the purpose of pension and retirement benefits in accordance with Rule 11 of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a fresh representation with regard to the pensionary benefits. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record. 2.Recording the same, these writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation 2/4

with regard to the pensionary benefits, if so advised. No costs.
