This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent from conducting Kattapanchayat under the guise of enquiry into the money dispute raised by the third respondent against the petitioner and direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the second respondent conducted enquiry and the same has been closed on 29.12.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
