JUDGMENT

This Writ Appeal is directed against the order passed by the learned Single Judge, dated 05.08.2022 in W.P.(MD)No.14811 of 2022. 2.Heard Mr.S.Malaikani, learned Counsel for the appellant, Mr.H.Arumugam, learned Counsel, who takes notice on behalf of R1, R3 and R4 and Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf second respondent. By consent of all parties, the Writ Appeal is taken up for final disposal at admission stage. 3.The appellant has filed two Writ Petitions earlier in W.P(MD)Nos.13399 and 14811 of 2022 before this Court. The prayer in those Writ Petitions are identical, even though the first Writ Petition was filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus and the second respondent was filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the order regarding 2/4

shifting of TASMAC shop.

4.Challenging the order in W.P(MD)No.13399 of 2022, dated 05.08.2022, the appellant filed a Writ Appeal in W.A(MD)No.964 of 2022. The said Writ Appeal was dismissed by this Court by judgment, dated 01.09.2022. For the same reasons, this Writ Appeal is also dismissed. No costs.
