ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who are arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A) of IPC and Section 4 of D.P.Act in Crime No. Not known of 2020 seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.12 of 2021 by the respondent police for the offences under Sections 384,506(i) and 120 (b) of IPC.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) further submitted that the First Information Report has been registered as per the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.
