O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking to direct the Respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders for entering the petitioner's higher qualifications, namely B.A. Degree (2008) and B.Ed. Degree (2013), in the Service Register and for grant of consequential incentive increments and monetary benefits together with arrears and attendant monetary benefits from the respective dates of eligibility, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2. The issue relating to granting of incentive increment was considered by the Government and it was decided to grant consolidated payment under G.O.Ms.No.37, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (FR-IV) Department, dated 10.03.2020; G.O.Ms.No.116, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (FRIV) Department, dated 15.10.2020; and G.O.(Ms).No.95, Human Resources Management (FR-IV) Department, dated 26.10.2023. The issue was also considered by the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.P.(MD) No.27261 of 2019 batch, by order dated 11.06.2026, wherein it was held that employees are entitled to consolidated payment in accordance with the aforesaid Government Orders. 3/6

In view of the above, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's claim, after verifying the relevant records, in the light of the said Government Orders and the Division Bench judgment, and to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
