ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner, apprehending arrest for the offence under Section 379 IPC and Sections 21(1) and 21(2) Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.659 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The prosecution case is that the petitioner has illegally loaded sand in two tractors.
