This writ petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide police protection to the petitioner for the criminal intimidation posed by the respondents 3 and 4 from enjoying the properties comprised in Survey No. 195/1, measuring 0.37.0 Hec., Survey No.195/1B measuring 0.25.0 Hec., and Survey No. 196/2B measuring 0.09.0 Hec., situated in Moovar Kanmoi Village, Kalayar Kovil Taluk, Sivagangai District, as per representation of the petitioner dated, 21.05.2022 and in view of dismissal of SA (MD) No. 743 of 2015 on the file of this Court filed by the respondents 3 and 4 herein.
2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 2/4
21.05.2022 is available with the 2nd respondent. The statement is recorded.
3. Recording the same, the 2nd respondent/Inspector of Police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.05.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and pass suitable orders, within a period of Four weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
4. With the above observation, this Writ petition is disposed of. No Cost.
