ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents to initiate action against the accused persons as per the complaint dated 29.01.2024 and direct to repay the amount obtained by fraudulently from the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner in 2023, CSR came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 29.01.2024 but no action has been taken so far.

4. Considering the above, the following directions are issued:- "(a) The second respondent will issue written summons to the petitioner and to the persons involved for causing their appearance before him for enquiry. There is 2/4

no question of orally summoning the parties to the police station.

(b) The second respondent will conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
