ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action as against the third respondent for misusing of her official power.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.There is a dispute between the petitioner and her wife namely the niece of the third respondent. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Manamadurai. The third respondent is acting as a Public Prosecutor of District Special Mahila Court, Sivagangai and on her influence, no action has been taken on the complaint lodged by the petitioner. The petitioner also lodged a complaint before the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu as against the third respondent and it is pending. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint to take appropriate action as against the third respondent. In view of the above circumstances, if any complaint is pending on the file of the 2/4

second respondent, the second respondent is directed to conduct, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law forthwith. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
