This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere into civil dispute while the appeal suit is pending in A.S.No.612 of 2022 pending before the Sub Court, Dindigul, based on her representation dated 18.04.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), appearing for the respondent police.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner gave a complaint against the respondent Nos.3 & 4 as well as the respondent Nos.3 & 4 also gave a complaint against the petitioner. Both the complaints are pending for enquiry. The statement is recorded.

4. Recording the same, the 2nd respondent/Inspector of police is hereby directed to conduct enquiry both the complaint given by the petitioner as well as the respondent Nos.3 & 4 and further they are directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
