This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to register a case on the basis of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, in Crl.M.P.No.7138 of 2023, dated 06.02.2024.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent police has not registered a case for the complaint forwarded by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that based on the complaint forwarded by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, in Crl.M.P.No.7138 of 2023, a case has already been registered in Crime No.46 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 406, 420, 416 and 506(2) IPC. 2/4
