ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.55/2021 dated 24.01.2021 and to file the final report within the stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.55 of 2021, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 285, 286, 338 IPC, on the file of the second respondent police. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of 8 months, no progress has been made in the investigation. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far 7 witnesses have been examined. He would seek one month to complete the investigation and file final report. 4.In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
