ORDER
The primordial submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner executed a sale deed, dated 14.10.2020 in favour of the third respondent company without receiving any consideration and though the petitioner demanded the Authorized Signatory of the company to pay the consideration, the later did not pay any amount and hence, he lodged a complaint with the second respondent police on 24.11.2020.
2.Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, would submit that the complaint, dated 24.11.2020, submitted by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.19227 of 2020 was registered as Current Paper No.234/DCB/KRR/2020, dated 18.12.2020 and the Deputy Superintendant of Police enquired the matter and based on the representation given by both the parties that they would resolve their dispute before a competent Civil Court, the petition was closed.
3.Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
