ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner worked as a staff chosen by the Parents Teachers Association in School run by Madurai Corporation. He submitted a representation before the Corporation Authority. The Education Officer, Madurai Corporation by the impugned communication rejected the petitioner's request. Questioning the same, this writ petition has been filed. 2/4

3. It is not in dispute that the teaching posts in Corporation Schools are filled up through the selection process conducted by Teacher Recruitment Board. Therefore, the petitioner cannot expect the Corporation to regularise his service. The petitioner took part in the recruitment process on as many as three occasions but for reasons that are not quite clear, the petitioner was not successful. Now age bar has also set in. I am not in a position to grant relief.

4. The fourth respondent had rightly taken the stand that the Corporation is not in a position to consider the petitioner's request. The impugned order does not call for interference. It is sustained. This writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 26.09.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No mga To 1.The Member of Secretary, Teacher Recruitment Board, EVK Sampath Building, 3/4
