learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner along with other accused are facing trial in S.C.No.119 of 2019, pending on the file of Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul and at the time of questioning all the accused persons remained absent, thereby, the learned Judge has issued Non-bailable warrant against them. Seeking anticipatory bail, this petition has been filed. 2.Since, Non-bailable warrant is issued against the petitioner, he cannot seek anticipatory bail at this stage. The petitioner has to surrender before the concerned Court and seek relief.
