ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner presented the petition mentioned Judgement and decree on the ground that it is an exparte decree. Registration was refused. Challenging the refusal check slip, this writ petition has been filed.

3. The issue raised in the writ petition is no longer res integra. On 05.01.2024 in W.P.No.36564 of 2023, a learned Judge of this Court has given a direction for registration of the decrees, notwithstanding any contrary circular was issued by the IG of Registration. In this view of the matter, the impugned refusal check slip is quashed. The petitioner is permitted to re-present the document. It shall be registered by the respondent. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
