Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent to give suitable direction to the respondents 2 to 6 not to harass the petitioner and his family members at the instigation of the 7th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2021 within the period as stipulated by this Court. ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give suitable direction to the respondents 2 to 6 not to harass the petitioner and his family members at the instigation of the 7th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2021 within the period as stipulated by this Court. 2.It is the matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the seventh respondent herein.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no enquiry has been undertaken by any of the official respondents and no complaint has been received.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the seventh respondent to the first respondent and it has been forwarded to the second respondent and the second respondent enquired him on 04.10.2021 and thereafter he was directed to appear before the All Women Police Station, namely the fourth respondent herein.
5.However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no such complaint has been received and no enquiry is undertaken by the fourth respondent.
6.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. If any trouble arises in future, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
