[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] The short prayer in the petition is that an appeal has been pending before the third respondent-Tahsildar pertaining to a community certificate and the request is for the relevant appeal to be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.

2.Without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, W.P.(MD)No.19055 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the third respondent-Tahsildar to take up and dispose of the appeal filed on September 20, 2021 as expeditiously as possible and, preferrably, in course of this calendar year.

There will be no order as to costs.
