RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court that the Petitioner/Appellant shall report before the Respondent police,daily at 10.30 A.M until further orders in Crl.MP.No.4092 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.266 of 2020 dt.25.8.2020 in Cr.No. 14 of 2015 on the file of the Respondent Police.

PRAYER IN CRL A(MD)No.266/2020:

To call for the records of the Judgement dated 31.01.2020 in Special S.C.No.12 of 2015 on the file of the Sessions Judge(Fast Track Mahila Court) Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in Crime No.14 of 2015 on the file of the Respondent and set aside the same and Acquit the Appellant/Sole Accused.

Order:This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PINAYGASH.I, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4092 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.266 of 2020, dated 25.08.2020.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has wrongly mentioned that the petitioner is appearing before the respondent police instead of the trial Court. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7746 of 2020 further stated that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court and appearing before the trial Court without any deviation.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) fairly admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. Hence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.4092 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.266 of 2020, dated 25.08.2020., is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court on alternative Monday at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal of the appeal.
