ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that since the cooling period of one year between the leaves was not over on the date of consideration of the petitioner's representation, the respondents have rejected the request of the petitioner. However, he would further submit that as on date, the cooling period is over and the convict prisoner is eligible for 21 days ordinary leave.

2. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the authorities to decide the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders regarding grant of leave within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
