ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2373 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025, on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by the trial Court regularly and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Crl.M.P.No.2373 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Tuticorin South Police Station, Tuticorin, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
