ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of Noon Meal Organizer, in the light of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD) No.4879 of 2016, dated 21.06.2019 and on the basis of the representation dated 28.10.2020.

2.By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has given a representation, dated 28.10.2020 to the respondents with regard to the relief sought for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.19418 of 2020 in this writ petition, so far no action has been taken so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court seeking appropriate orders.

4.In reply, Mr.N.Shanmugaselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 28.10.2020, would be considered on merits and in accordance with law by the 2nd respondent, within a period of eight weeks.

5.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.10.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
