ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the second respondent, dated 01.07.2019 and for a consequential direction to the second respondent to issue birth certificate to the petitioner's son Sanjayjious.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that if the petitioner produces all the relevant documents, the application given by him will be entertained and the birth certificate will be issued. Written instructions in this regard received from the second respondent was also placed before this Court.

3. In view of the above stand taken by the respondents, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh application before the second respondent along with all the relevant documents. The second respondent shall scrutinize the same and if it is found in order, the birth certificate shall be issued. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the second respondent 2/4

requires any clarification from the petitioner, the petitioner shall also provide the necessary clarification with supporting documents.
