ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to withdraw the D.V.C No. 2 of 2019 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi and transfer to the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam.

2. This court finds no reason to transfer the case in DVC No.2 of 2019 as against the petitioner. Hence the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with before the trial court. Further learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi is directed to complete the trial within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
