To set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 06-02-2020 passed in A.S.No.4 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Paramakudi confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 16-11-2017 passed in O.S.No.101 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Paramakudi by allowing this Second Appeal and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.MEENAKSHISUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- Mr.V.Meenakshisundaram, the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Petition.
