Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JAMEEL ARASU.B, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12325 of 2021, dated 06.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 10.09.2021, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, the condition is fully relaxed.
