Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to forthwith delete the name of the respondents 4 and 5 herein in the patta in respect of the property of an extent of 7.61.00 hectares in Survey No.122, 1.07.00 hectares in Survey No.124/1A, 0.22.00 hectares in Survey No.124/3D, 0.04.0 hectares in Survey No. 125/3, 0.38.0.00 hectares in Survey No.128/3G, Punjaithottakurichi Village, Karur District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2022.

ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to delete the names of the respondents 4 and 5 in the revenue records in respect of the property situated in Survey Nos.122, 124/1A, 124/3D, 125/3 and 128/3G, Punjaithottakurichi Village, Karur District, by considering his representation dated 20.05.2022.

2.Heard the arguments of Mr.C.Mahadevan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 4 and 5 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2022 was already disposed of by the second respondent in his proceeding in Na.Ga.C1/10651/2022, dated 27.12.2022. He has also produced a copy of the order before this Court.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 and 5, this Writ petition is disposed of. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the second respondent, it is open to him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
