(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to de-seal the petitioner's premises at Kajam in T.S.No.1469 of Ward No.3, Block No.27, Division No.12, Thanjavur Town, which was locked and sealed by them on 28.09.2021, so as to enable the petitioners to submit an application for planning permission under the Tamil Nadu Combined Regulations, 2019 and also carry out rectification to the said building, so as to bring the same in conformity to the Tamil Nadu Combined Regulations within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the unauthorized construction made by the petitioners has already been removed and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the Writ Petition.
3.Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the second respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
