ORDER
When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the proposed auction dated 19.04.2016 has not been conducted.
2.However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the entire amount within a stipulated time.
3.In view of the above, the petitioner shall pay the entire amount within six months and to show his bona fide, he shall pay 50% of the amount due on or before 30.06.2016 and the balance amount will be paid within the above stipulated period. The petitioner is directed to file an undertaking affidavit to this effect before this Court within 10 days. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The writ petitions are disposed of to the extent indicated above. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)Nos.6472 and 6473 of 2016 are closed.
