O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to grant patta in his name in respect of land in Survey No.581 measuring 5 acre 50 cents situated at Nilakkottai Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District based on the his representation dated 04.12.2015.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation on 04.12.2015 before the respondent, seeking for the same relief. Therefore, it is for the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law.
