This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to give adequate police protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner and her husband as per the complaint dated 01.07.2019 as against the 3rd respondent. 2.Heard both sides.

The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.07.2019, petition enquiry is pending as against the 3rd respondent.

CRL.O.P (MD) No.12312 of 2019 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
