ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 4 of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019 and Sections 498(A),406, 506(i) IPC seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the dispute between the parties has been settled.
