ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC, 1860 in Crime No.490 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The prosecution case is that due to civil dispute, the petitioner abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and attacked him with stone. Hence, the complaint. 3.It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is a history sheeter and having six previous cases in (i) Crime Nos.310 of 2016, 356 of 2012, 396 of 2016, 250 of 2008 of Teppakulam Police Station, (ii) Crime Nos.1527 of 2016, 917 of 2013 of Villakkuthoon Police Station.

4.Considering the nature of offence and the antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.15602 of 2021 to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
