ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to remove the petitioner's name in the recent status of the history sheeted list released on 01.08.2019, based on the 1/3

petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's name was not found in the history sheet from the year 2013 onwards and that his name was found till 2012 and subsequently, his name was removed from the history sheet.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the history sheet, which is published by the respondent police, the petitioner's name was found in Serial No.7. 5.However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the name of the petitioner was removed from the history sheeted list in the year 2013 itself.

6.Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
