ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2016.

2.The claim of the petitioner is that fishing rights should be given to him at the rate of 10% over and above the 2008 rate or at the rate of 10% over and above the 2012 rate or any other amount to be fixed by the Department. Therefore, he has submitted a representation dated 11.03.2016 to the respondents seeking for the above said relief. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition. 3.As per the various judgments of this Court and as per the proceedings of the Public Works Department, it is only public auction to be conducted and therefore, authority will first publish auction notification in which the petitioner will participate, if he is so interested.

4.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
