ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J) The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the official respondents to consider the representation dated 11.12.2020 with consequential prayer of forbearing them from granting any permission to the respondent No.3.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the petitioner's representation is directed to be considered by the respondent No.8.
3.The learned counsel for the respondent No.8 submitted that as of now, no such permission has been granted in favour of the private respondent. However, the representation of the petitioner, if it is available would be considered, he submitted.

4.Considering the submissions made, we would permit the petitioner to make a detailed representation to the respondent No.8 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any illegal construction is being made, then the respondent No.8 shall take appropriate action in the manner known to law and appropriate orders will have to be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation as aforesaid.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
