ORDER

This sub application has been filed seeking to reopen the order passed in Cont.P.(MD).No.1546 of 2025 vide order dated 24.06.2025.

2. The contempt petition has been closed mainly on the ground that subsequent to the order passed by this Court in the main writ petition remitting the matter to the file of the respondent, an order was passed by him on 11.06.2025. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it is always open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. The said liberty was also granted in the order passed in the main contempt petition. Therefore, there is no necessity to reopen the contempt petition. Accordingly, the sub application stands dismissed. 14.08.2025 rgm 2/4
