ORDER

Challenging the order passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam in Cr.M.P.No.168 of 2025 dated 24.06.2025, this criminal revision case has been filed.

2. The impugned order came to be passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam on the complaint made by the respondents 4 to 6 in this revision case under Section 175(3) of BNSS seeking to register a criminal case as against the revision petitioners herein. This impugned order came to be passed directing the 1st respondent police to register a criminal case as against the revision petitioners herein. Challenging the same, this revision case is filed. 2/4

3. When the matter is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that pursuant to the order of the Judicial Magistrate, the 1st respondent police has registered an F.I.R in Crime No.155 of 2025 on 18.07.2025. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this criminal revision case.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision case is closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file an application to quash the F.I.R which was registered as against them. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
