3. Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition and the fact of pending investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition 6. (b) imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a month ie., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months, thereafter,as and when required for interrogation.
