ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the goods that were seized from the petitioner based on the complaint given against the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the enquiry was conducted based on the complaint given by one Chandrasekaran. Ultimately, the parties compromised the matter and the enquiry was closed on 17.02.2023. The copy of the proceedings was also placed before this Court.
