The learned Government Advocate appearing for the contemnors states that the sale certificate issued pursuant to the SARFAESI proceeding has been registered, in view of the direction of this Court passed in W.A(MD)No.483 of 2014, dated 31.08.2018.

2.Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the delay in compliance taken serious note of and we expect that the Registration Department will comply the orders of this Court within the reasonable time to avoid contempt proceedings.
