ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by the Nursing Tutor GradeII, who is working in the College of Nursing, Medical College, Madurai, seeking a mandamus to direct the respondents to consider his representation dated 18.04.2024 for promotion to the post of Lecturer in Nursing. 2.The perusal of the typed set of papers indicates that the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents herein on 18.04.2024 seeking promotion.

3.It could also been seen that the Dean, i/c, Madurai Medical College, Madurai, has forwarded the representation to the second respondent herein. 4.Considering the above said fact, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner on merits and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
