ORDER
The petitioner is the 3rd accused in Crime No.1127 of 2020 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offence under Sections 143, 188, 296 IPC and Sections 11(1)(d) and 11(1)(h) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and Section 12 of Tamil Nadu Gaming Act, 1930. He has moved this petition seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.1127 of 2020 registered against him.
2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the case in Crime No.1127 of 2020 registered against the petitioner has already been closed by the respondent Police.
