ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's on-line application submitted in the official website of the respondent for transfer of patta pending vide Can No.0333001140054 and Application No.2016/0103/30/004435 dated 27.01.2016 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2.It is submitted by the petitioner that even though the petitioner application was submitted to the respondent on 27.01.2016 for transfer of patta, no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition. 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 27.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
