When the writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this Court has entertain this writ petition and granted an order of interim stay on 20.07.2023. However the 1st respondent has passed an order rejecting the request of the petitioner even before 20.07.2023. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.

2.Recording the above submission this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
