Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a man missing FIR, based on CSR No.180 of 2019, dated 29.08.2019 and proceed further in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in S.Sukumari Vs.
