O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the impugned notice issued by the first respondent in M.C./551/2019 dated 08.08.2019 on the proceedings initiated under Section 107 Cr.P.C. Now, it is seen that the summons notice has been issued for the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. by the first respondent and the petitioner was directed to appear on 19.08.2019 at about 11:00 a.m.

2. Accordingly, the petitioner appeared before the first respondent and also filed his written submissions before the first respondent on 14.08.2019. Therefore, the summons would not arise.
