ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner, apprehending arrest for the offence under Section 379 IPC and Section 21(1) Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.212 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The prosecution case is that the petitioner has illegally transported 38 plates of red gravel in tractor. Hence the complaint. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has involved in the following three previous cases.
