ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct Peace Committee Meeting in respect of the shop running by the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2025.

2. Admittedly, the petitioner is a tenant under the third respondent herein. Therefore, a Writ of Mandamus is not maintainable.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 10.07.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes Ksa 2/4
